Residents can navigate the user-friendly STAX Property Finder application tool using the property address or Parcel Identification Number (PIN) found on the property tax bill. Users will discover essential tax information, streamlining information on the current year’s tax amount for each city-administered CFD, the CFD name, and the CFD maturity year. The tool also provides valuable information from the City of Beaumont and the Riverside County Tax Collector.
“As Mayor of the City of Beaumont and long-time resident, I understand the confusion associated with CFD-related information,” said Mayor Fenn. “As a real estate professional, I saw the need for this tool and worked with our Finance and Audit Committee to bring it to our residents and real estate community. This new tool should empower residents and clarify taxes associated with their individual property.”
“Our new tax tool reflects our commitment to transparency and efficiency,” said Finance Director Jennifer Ustation. “Empowering residents with easy access to financial information aids itself to a better-informed community and brighter financial future for Beaumont.”
