Beaumont, CA - On Friday, July 22, 2022, the Beaumont Police Department conducted a DUI/Driver’s License Checkpoint on 6th Street, near Beaumont Avenue. As a result, 854 vehicles passed through the checkpoint, one driver was arrested for a DUI. Three other drivers were arrested for warrants. Three vehicles were towed and twenty-one citations were issued for various violations such as driving without a license, expired registration, etc.
