The proposed Project would also include various on-site and off-site improvements including roadway improvements, utility connections, and rights-of-way to support the Project.

The meeting is intended to gather feedback from public agencies and residents on issues that should be considered in the EIR.

A Scoping Meeting is the first step in the process of evaluating a project requiring an EIR and is statutory of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). This process allows the City to gather feedback from other public agencies and the community regarding the proposed project.
