Untangle those lights and grab your ladder - you are invited to participate in the City of Beaumont’s 4th Annual Christmas Lights & Holiday Sights decorating contest!
The holiday decorating contest is open to all Beaumont residents via an online application. Homes will be judged by PHOTO ONLY on the Beaumont Parks & Rec and Transit Facebook page. Contest winners will receive a colorful lawn sign announcing their achievement and recognition in the City’s monthly e-newsletter.
Categories
- Clark Griswold – Excessive use of outdoor lighting and decorations
- Hollywood Christmas – Best use of theme and/or fictional characters
- North Pole Neighbor – Classic decor that would make Santa proud
- Jack Frost – Chilliest display of icicles and white lights
- Jingle all the Way – Best use of music and/or animation
All entries must be submitted by 11:59 pm on Sunday, December 12. Public voting will open December 13 - December 16. Winners will be announced on social media and special events webpage on Monday, December 20.
