Update to Multi-Vehicle Traffic Collision
On Sunday, December 19, 2021, the Beaumont Police Department was notified the critically injured minor in this case succumbed to her injuries in the hospital. This collision is still under investigation and investigators are asking for anyone who may have witnessed the collision to contact Detective Clark at 951-572-3900 or via email at jclark@beaumontpd.org.

On December 15, 2021, at approximately 3:31 p.m., the Beaumont Police Department was notified of a multi-vehicle traffic collision at the intersection of Oak Valley Parkway and Palmer Avenue.
Officers and CalFire arrived to find two vehicles had been involved in the collision. One minor was critically injured and transported to an area trauma center. A second minor sustained a non-life-threatening injury and was transported to an area hospital. Both drivers were transported for evaluation.
The cause of the collision is still under investigation, but neither alcohol or drugs appear to have been a factor. If anyone has any information about this collision, please contact the On-Duty Watch Commander at (951)769-8500.
