Untangle those lights and grab your ladder - you are invited to participate in the RETURN of Beaumont’s annual Christmas Lights & Holiday Sights decorating contest!
Contest Categories:
- Clark Griswold – Excessive use of outdoor lighting and decorations
- Hollywood Christmas – Best use of theme and/or fictional characters
- North Pole Neighbor – Classic decor that would make Santa proud
- Jack Frost – Chilliest display of icicles and white lights
- Santa's Workshop – Best commercial display in a Beaumont business
All entries will be judged in person by City staff and Beaumont Recreation and Parks Committee members. Judging will take place December 9 - 15. Results will be evaluated and winners will be announced the week of December 16.
FAN FAVORITE: Submit a PHOTO (one per home - not video) to be entered into the online portion of our contest. This is an optional category and photos will be added to the BMTparks Facebook page for voting. The photo with the most "Likes" by December 15 will be crowned the FAN FAVORITE winner.
Contest winners will receive a colorful lawn sign announcing their achievement and recognition in the City’s magazine.
DEADLINE EXTENDED: All entries must be submitted by 11:59 pm on Sunday, December 8. Judging will take place December 9 - 15 by volunteers
