The City of Beaumont has launched its Fiscal Year 2024/25 Street Rehabilitation and Maintenance Program, continuing the City’s commitment to maintaining safe and reliable roadways. This year’s program includes pavement rehabilitation, crack sealing, slurry sealing, and minor concrete repairs throughout neighborhoods citywide.
The project prioritizes streets based on pavement condition assessments, traffic volumes, and utility coordination to maximize efficiency and long-term value. Construction activities are being phased in to minimize traffic disruptions and maintain access for residents and businesses.
Work began in August 2025 and will continue through spring November 2025. Residents can expect notifications in advance of any work in their area. Once complete, the improvements will extend pavement life, enhance drivability, and support the City’s ongoing infrastructure investment goals.
Upcoming Construction (dates may vary):
Construction on 6th Street is scheduled for October 16 through October 30.
Construction on Palmer Ave is scheduled for October 14 through October 23.
Please use alternative routes to avoid delays.
