NOTICE REQUESTING APPLICATION TO FILL THE VACANT
BEAUMONT PLANNING COMMISSION SEAT
Notice is hereby given that the City of Beaumont is seeking applications to fill one (1) vacancy for the Beaumont Planning Commission. This is a partial term vacancy, which will expire December, 2020. California Government Code requires that an applicant must be a registered voter, a United States Citizen 18 years of age or older and a resident of the City of Beaumont.
If you are interested in applying for an appointment to the Beaumont Planning Commission, please submit an application to the Beaumont Civic Center, 550 East 6th Street, Beaumont, CA 92223. Applications may be obtained at the Beaumont Civic Center during regular business hours Monday through Thursday 8 am to 5 pm, Friday 8 am to 12 noon or at www.BeaumontCa.gov. Deadline for applications is no later than 5 p.m. on Monday, October 28, 2019.
The City Council will review applications, ask questions of each applicant, and will consider the appointment for this position at the regular City Council Meeting of November 5, 2019 at 6:00 p.m.
