The Beaumont Senior Center wants to help you stay active ?? Join us Monday and Wednesdays at 9:15 for a FREE virtual Fit After 50 program via Zoom! Please email erodriguez@beaumontca.gov for class information and to sign up.
Fit After 50 started when the founder saw that 35% of preventable deaths in the USA result from a lack of exercise and poor nutrition. Our goal is to help people integrate fitness, proper nutrition, and effective weight management into their lifestyles, so they lead longer, healthier, fully functional lives.
