In response to the growing number of COVID-19 cases, and the extension of the Regional Stay Home Order, the City of Beaumont will transition to all-virtual services and close City facilities to the public beginning Monday, January 4.
Following a closure in early 2020, the City is well prepared to make the transition back to all-virtual services and over-the-phone availability. Beaumont's updated and mobile-friendly website can be used to make utility payments, view virtual City meetings, and find information on all department operations.
Our Customer Service Team is available by phone Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. except for regularly scheduled holiday closures. We encourage our residents to follow us on social media @BeaumontGov for updated information on City services, programming, and COVID-19 updates.
The City of Beaumont appreciates the community’s support and flexibility as we navigate this unique time together. We look forward to seeing you in-person again soon!
