Monster Mash

Calling all ghosts and ghouls! The City of Beaumont will host the annual Monster Mash Halloween Party on the third Saturday of October!

The event will take place from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Albert A. Chatigny Sr. Community Recreation Center, located at 1310 Oak Valley Parkway. Eerie entertainment will include free games and in-door trick or treating with bouncers and food available for purchase. The highlight of the evening will be a costume contest at 6:30 p.m.

This event is fun for the entire family! For more information, please contact the Community Services Department at (951) 769-8524.

Trunk or Treat

The City of Beaumont and the Beaumont Police Department will host the annual Trunk or Treat event on October 31 from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at the Beaumont Sports Park. Local businesses and organizations will line the parking lot to hand out candy and goodies as kids and families walk through dressed in costume.

Families, businesses, groups, and student organizations are invited to distribute candy and goodies during the event. Creativity is encouraged as there will be contests for “Best Trunk” and “Best Costume.” Interested groups should contact Beaumont Parks and Recreation at (951)769-8524 or email parks@beaumontca.gov

“We are always excited this time of year to start registering trunks for this fun family annual event,” said Elizabeth Gibbs, Community Services Director. “Trunk or Treat is a safe alternative to door-to-door trick or treating, and provides an opportunity for the community, including businesses and organizations, to come out and support our kids and families.”

The Beaumont Sports Park is located at Brookside Avenue and Beaumont Avenue.
