[ARCHIVED] Community Clean Up

Photo of person collecting trash

On Saturday, October 30, 2021, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the City of Beaumont will host its bi-annual Community Clean Up and Recycle Event. The event will take place at the Stewart Park baseball field, located at Maple Avenue and Ninth Street. This event is open to Beaumont residents only.

Acceptable Items:

  • Documents for shredding
  • Scrap metal
  • Green waste
  • Bulky items
  • Bottles and cans
  • Electronic waste

Unacceptable Items:

  • Tires (no wheels)
  • Auto batteries
  • Paint and oil
  • Insecticides and toxic chemicals
  • Household hazardous waste
  • Sharps
  • Pharmaceuticals

By eliminating the need to manufacture new products from raw materials, recycling reduces energy use, in turn reducing carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gasses in the air! If you are unable to attend the cleanup day, Waste Management provides bulky item pick up, motor oil disposal and a sharps collection program. This service is available to all households in the City of Beaumont. For additional information please contact Solid Waste & Recycling Manager Suzanne Foxworth at 951-572-3223.
