REMINDER - TONIGHT - The Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC) wants your feedback! RCTC, in partnership with Caltrans and the Cities of Banning and Beaumont, are conducting engineering and environmental studies to improve traffic flow and safety at the Interstate 10 Highland Springs Avenue Interchange. Please join RCTC to learn about design options that will be studied, ask questions, and provide comments. The meeting will be held in an open house format with no formal presentation.
